I Made a Kenyan Dish : Swahili Pilaau

Amid the Lockdown, my home club RAC kathmandu Organized an interesting food Exchange Event where we’d be exchanging our food culture with different countires. As a participant, I got linked with the Team of Kenya who taught me to make their famous dish called “Swahili Pilaau” which was basically like chicken Biryani to some extent ( but a bit different in taste) while I gave them “Kheer” to make which can be understood as rice cooked in milk with sugar.

Besides this, It was a pleasure to know the friends from Kenya Namely : Murugi Mercy, Newton and Vaki and understand the different cultures there.
